Since 2015, we’ve hosted food trucks nearly every night in Downtown Ridgecrest. We strive to represent as much food from around the world as possible, with traditions and twists from the Philippines, Laos, Greece, Mexico, Vietnam, Cuba, China, Italy, United States, and more. We also focus on minority-, immigrant-and woman-owned trucks.

The schedule is below. The regular food truck hours are 5-8 pm, although some show up earlier as noted. We ask all food trucks to use compostable containers and cutlery, and we compost everything possible.

These food trucks are for everyone. There is an overhang for waiting in wet weather, and families are welcome at the nearby picnic tables. By state law, Ridgecrest Public House is 21+, and alcohol has to stay in the pub, including the patio. The Drumlin is all ages, and alcohol is allowed on its patios. You can take your food to go, or eat it at Ridgecrest Public House or Drumlin if you’re also drinking.

We also do Sunday brunch trucks 8 - 2 pm, to go or at the Drumlin next door, serving coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mimosas, micheladas and the usual full menu, and more.
